Lawn Renovations

With our lawn renovations, we offer both full and repair packages to get your lawn back into the shape it should be. The determination between a full or repair package is made after an on-site evaluation of grass density, weed coverage, soil condition, and overall lawn health.

We offer typical hand seeding, hydroseeding, and sod.

A full package lawn renovation is a clean reset of your lawn. Removal of all existing turf and weeds, regrading where necessary, spreading new loam, and reseeding the area. 

A repair package lawn renovation is typically a smaller-scoped project. When a lawn has been damaged by tree work, construction, or drought, we perform the same core steps as a full renovation, but only in the affected areas rather than the entire lawn.
